Harry Lloyd Hopkins war einer der engsten außenpolitischen Berater von Präsident Franklin Roosevelt, der als Harry im Mittleren Westen in Iowa geboren wurde und dann seine Stampede beendete, wo er 1908 das Grenell College besuchte und als Assistent des Harvard-Historikers Albert Bushnell Hart diente, und diente dann als Berater im Christadora Poor adora Children ora camp in New Jersey.
