Baidhani as an Iraqi historian and academic, was the field of research in historical thought and the History Industry, and this matter was embodied through writing research and articles in the field of historical thought in many articles and research, including the historical importance of the document, historical criticism, history science and historical knowledge, as well as the topic of time and the call for the establishment of an Iraqi historical School of thought, and this interest in historical thought was embodied through the History Industry and leading activities and events under the umbrella of the International Union of historians, which he leads, these activities and scientific events in the form of seminars international document symposium and historical criticism symposium, as well as He held international conferences in this direction, the most prominent conference was on schools of thought, and another conference was on the relationship of history with other sciences. Moreover, the leadership and administrative work of the International Union of historians has moved towards the goal of making the International Union of historians an intellectual platform for the history industry supported by
a solid scientific journal issued by it.
