The function of the judiciary is one of the most important functions that have affected the Islamic society. The judges’ relationship with Muslims was close, as they apply the teachings and provisions of Islamic law, and the rights and rights of the Muslim. So we discussed in our research the social conditions of judges through Al-Kindi’s book (Governors and Judges in Egypt).
