Abstract

  The manipulation of the Arab Islamic countries' money in the Islamic Mashreq, especially Khorasan and the countries behind the river in the era of research has caused confusion in the market of monetary exchange in terms of the relationship between the dirham and the dinar and determine the purchasing power of each of them according to the types of money existing and traded in the circulation within the competition in cash Between the milled in the city of Muehba Kabkari or Samarkand or Herat as well as in Mero or another city, we note the control of some currencies multiplied within the city of the country beyond the river and the other in Khorasan to begin the free competition in the circulation of cash and circulation in it In economic and legal transactions such as payment of abscess and Zakat.                                    

    The rise in the dinar price for the dirham is due to several factors, including the policy taken by the sultans towards commercial activity, especially in the countries beyond the river, where they took measures against foreign traders who came to the country beyond the river in the era of Samanians.
