This research aims to shed light on the covenants of security and peace and their impact on the Arab Islamic state, reflecting its general conditions and their positive and negative political and administrative consequences. Security, or a covenant of peace, was a measure introduced under specific political circumstances to serve as a basis for resolving disputes and wars, rejecting conflicts, and fostering a sense of protection, safety, and stability. This is sanctioned by Islamic law, and its concepts were clarified by the Prophet Muhammad in his Sunnah. The research aims to bring the message of Islam closer to people's minds and hearts, and to introduce them to the just Sharia and noble ethics. Covenants of security involve two parties, each with their own rights and obligations, and conditions that must be adhered to by both. The research also aims to examine the political and administrative aspects of the covenants of security granted by the Abbasid caliphs during the Buyid and Seljuk periods, and during the Abbasid state before its fall.

Obtaining Permission
In order to avoid unnecessary delays in the publication process, you should start obtaining permissions as early as possible. If in any doubt about the copyright, apply for permission. Al-Adab Journal cannot publish material from other publications without permission.
The copyright holder may give you instructions on the form of acknowledgement to be followed; otherwise follow the style: "Reproduced with permission from [author], [book/journal title]; published by [publisher], [year].' at the end of the caption of the Table, Figure or Scheme.
