The last years of the monarchy in Iraq are one of the most important stages of Iraq's modern political history, as the transformations witnessed by the Iraqi internal reality played an important role in the collapse of the monarchy driven by the many changes at the Arab, regional, and international levels, and in this research we will address : The last meeting of the Council of Notables in Iraq (1957-1958) is a historical study, showing the opinions and positions of notables in the Iraqi Council of Notables through the life of this council, which extended from 1925 until the fall of the monarchy, which showed that its members sided with the people in many of the positions and opinions presented by its members.
