Financial transactions are the legal rulings that regulate people's dealings with money, whether these transactions are by way of exchange, such as selling, leasing, etc., or by way of donation, such as gifts, mortgages, and transfers. The occurrence of these transactions between people is considered one of the necessities that people cannot do without. Therefore, Islamic law came to regulate and control these transactions between people. Among the financial transactions that Imam Fakhr al-Din al-Razi mentioned are
