This study addresses a vital topic by examining the similarities and differences in the founding of two important Islamic cities, both of which possess undeniable cultural and political legacies. The idea behind this research is to explore the establishment's political, economic, and architectural aspects, along with other significant factors that contributed to their founding. These cities were created with specific motivations, ultimately becoming beacons of civilization, shining across the East and the West. Their emergence during the Islamic era allowed each to play its anticipated and well-known role, leaving behind a remarkable cultural and political heritage that continues to be celebrated by generations.
