الملخص

    السیاحة من الأنشطة الاقتصادية المهمة، إذ إنها تعالج إنتاج وتوزيع موارد الثروة الاقتصادية، وتعود منافعها مباشرة على تعود على المجتمع المضيف، وقد ظهرت العديد من الدراسات التطبيقية في مجال الاستثمار السياحي، وتركز في معظمها على تحليل الموارد الطبيعية والبشرية وسبل تأهيل الخدمات السیاحة مثل خدمات الفنادق والمطاعم السیاحة في استقبال السياح الوافدين مع زیادة معدلات الاقامة تكرار الزیارة للمواقع السیاحة.

   ضمت هذه الدراسة أربعة محاور تقسمت حسب توزيع المواقع الاثرية والتراثية في المحافظة واحتوى كل محور منها على المواقع الاثرية والتراثية وطرائق تنميتها وسبل جعلها مواقع ثقافية جذب سياحية وضمت الدراسة أيضا الخطوات التي يجب على الإدارة المحلية في محافظة النجف الاشرف لا تطبيقها للتطوير السياحة الثقافية في المحافظة والاستفادة من الموارد الاقتصادية في تطوير الجانب السياحي.
