This research revolves around onne of the royal figures who had significant influence on the history of ancient Mesopotamia, namely King Shar Kali- Sharri(2254-2230 BC), who assumed the throne after the death of his father, Tar-Sin (2291-2255 AD). This King gained great fame in the era of the Akkadian state in particular, and Mesopotamia in general, due to his political and urban achievements. he paid attention to the political aspect and later launched military campaigns against the enemies of the Akkadian-State, the result of which was victory. As for the urban aspect, he paid great attention to rebuilding and restoring temples.the king was particularly in the temple of the god Night.
