Through the study of this subject, we see that the United States of America has defined its foreign policy early since its independence from Britain in 1998, as it drew the determinants of those foreign relations by laying down a rule based on reciprocity for the major European countries, especially France. Therefore, we see that the United States did not succumb to the political blackmail that France practiced it against it by insulting its diplomats. Apple took a firm governmental and popular stance against French policy, and some military skirmishes took place between the two countries, and things almost reached a comprehensive military confrontation between the two countries. As a result of that policy pursued by the United States, France was forced to restore diplomatic relations between the two parties.
