This paper deals with an explanation of the intellectual propositions adopted and proposed by Giovanni Gentili, which formed the intellectual basis for Italian fascism, especially as he participated and wrote in the most important official political literature of the fascist doctrine. This intellectual heritage and the pioneering ideological proposition regarding the totalitarian concept of the state prompted us to choose this important topic, and our study of this topic will be limited to what is related to the ideological framing of the fascist concept, without delving into the Gitnilian philosophical heritage which he excelled in, especially in the topic of realistic idealism which from It can be studied by specialists in modern Western philosophy
